Shipping of an online order

A few points of interest for professional buyers


Different conditions apply to a professional buyer than a consumer.

We like to deliver a good product and perfect service. Clear agreements prevent disappointments. Let's be honest with each other. There must be something to earn for both. Please let us know how we can improve our services together.


Shipping

A confirmed order is ready for transport the next working day. 

If we take care of the shipping:

  • Parcels are collected daily by DPD (always with track & trace)
  • Pallets are scheduled with different transporters (usually with track & trace)


The delivery address can be adjusted online per order. Any costs resulting from changing the delivery address will be charged. A pallet order will not be sent to a pick-up point or delivered to the neighbors without prior appointment. For pallet shipments it is strongly recommended to order a [delivery appointment]. If no [delivery appointment] has been ordered and the pallet shipment cannot be delivered, this will be charged.

We only provide transport within the EU. For transports outside the EU we provide CMR, EUR1 or CVO. 


Shipping to a private address

By default, shipping is made to the business address known to us. If desired, the delivery address can be adjusted. No additional costs are charged for this. Please note the following points:

Parcel:

A parcel delivery is sent with track & trace. The order can be tracked via track & trace. If the recipient is not home, the package is delivered to a pickup point. If the package is not picked up within the specified period, it will be returned to us. The full cost of a return shipment will be charged to the client.

Pallet:

A pallet delivery is made without notice. Delivery is to the curbside. If a pallet cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. The full cost of a return shipment will be charged to the client.


Shipping costs

Shipping costs* are calculated per order. The shipping costs* are automatically calculated in the shopping cart.


* If the site calculates the wrong rate, we reserve the right to adjust it


Transportdamage

We prepare all orders for transport with the utmost care. Natural stone surrounds in particular all receive additional quality control. 

Immediately check each delivery for transport damage. Report transport damage immediately. Transport damage reported after 2 days of receipt will no longer be processed. Do not supply products to consumers without checking them in advance.

If a product is returned to us for any reason, please ship it in the original packaging as much as possible. The role of the recipient now becomes the shipper. The shipper is responsible for transportation.


Returns

The return of an order by professional buyers will not be accepted, except for production or warehouse errors.
