We are happy to offer more than excellent service. If we want to keep our service affordable, we must be clear. Ultimately, service is a component of the sales price and everyone has an interest in not unnecessarily increasing it.


Manufacturer's warranty covers manufacturing and/or design defects. Abuse or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.


We expect a professional customer to discuss with the consumer and to be able to solve a simple problem themselves. All complaints that cannot be resolved in this way by the professional seller will be taken over by us.

We can only process a complaint if we receive the complete 'file'. 

  • Purchase invoice
  • Item number or item name
  • Clear description of the complaint
  • Clear description of what has already been discussed with the consumer regarding this complaint
  • If the product is still with the consumer, the consumer's address and telephone number


We offer a carry-in guarantee. Keep the packaging of the decorative fireplace as much as possible so that it can always be properly packaged and sent for inspection.

For a product that is checked in our service center and no production and/or design error is found within the warranty period, the costs for transport, inspection and any repair are borne by the client.
